For this first picture I chose a bridge that was downt he street from my house. I chose this one just because of all of the different things going on in the picture, and especially that you could see the river flowing underneath it.
This picture I took a picture of the river because I love water and included a little framing in the landscape as well.
I love this one because of all of it layers. You have the road and the snowbanks, and then the trees, and then the mountains, and then the two different shades of sky.
This picture I thought was cool becasue it is kind of deceptive. It was such a nice day today that our driveway had a lot of water in it, but you almost can't tell that it is a drive way.
This picture I chose because of the brightness. I like how the closer trees are lighter and get darker as they go. In all of my pictures I was just trying to show the nature and scenary around my house.
For some reason I keep saying I like everyone's second picture this week. In the summer I try to be as an avid fly fisherman as I can be. That stream makes me wish spring would come so I maybe could wet a line.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy all of your photos this week, but I especially say that I like 3 and 4 the most. 3 displays a nice framing along with nice scenery. It also showcases a road going off into the distance along with nice trees. 4 I liked because it looked like a river going around a tree. Even knowing that it is a driveway doesn't make it any less. The driveway has an appealing curve and the picture itself has nice composition.

You have some great shots, Jamie. My faves are the driveway (which looks like a river) and the last one with the trees in the foreground. The driveway photo has lots of movement, although I do wish the trees had a little more variety in tone. The one with the foreground trees has great depth of field, with the focus and light going way back into the background.
