Pretty cute copycat photos of you and your son as messy faced kids. I think most of it is self-explanatory but a few captions might have helped us move through it knowing what we were seeing. I'm glad I have your list of photo manipulations as otherwise I'm not sure I'd be able to see just what you did. Nice job, Jamie.
Nice story Jamie, the photos are great and the photo manipulations bring out the blue in their eyes. I like how you added the sun to the photo near the water, really adds to the warmth of the image. Thank you for sharing.
Great job! The ultra sound photo is a great start to the slideshow and the journey of your child's life. I think its very cool that you used older photos as well as new ones. Those older ones give a nice touch and help provide background information for your story. You look beautful in your wedding dress :)
I was kind of confused of the story line at first with no captions. I like the photo where you added the sun in the upper left hand corner. It fit in so well, i had to have a double take to see it was fake it fit in so well.
I agree that captions would have been helpful, but I did figure out the beginning to end story, being that you start with a messy-faced photo of yourself, how you grew, then end with the same messy-faced photo of your son.
So nice! I thought about doing something similar when I was toying with ideas. I like how you had three photographic mediums included: film, digital, and sonography.
Jamie, I thought your photo story was really meaningful as it really captures some of the most important parts of your life. I also liked the different types of photography that you used and I thought it was really clever with the simple manipulations you used as well. Great Job!
Thank you everyone. I am sorry about no captions, I was so frustrated with having my internet in and out that night because of the storms that I really didn't even think about it, and after the fact realized that when I posted the individual pictures that they weren't in order. So thank you for the comments and sorry about the confusion.
